  • 4 tablespoons tahini
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt


Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. The lemon juice will start to ferment the dressing if left for too long so its best not to keep it for more than a day.
